Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are subject to inspection by our team upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as Final Sale, clearance, or discounted (“Sale Items”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
- Log in to your account on our website and raise a return/exchange request.
- Provide the order number and reason for return/exchange.
Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will share detailed return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take up to 7–14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/variant is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Inspection & Rejection
- Returns may be rejected if items are damaged, show signs of use, or are missing original tags/packaging.
- In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
